Cancel culture.. While it is sad that the company backed down, it is understandable as advertisements are meant to increase sales and negativity sends advertisers in panic mode.

Tanishq shares tanking isn't an 'achievement'.. It is sad that shares fall due to an ad...don't know where this will viciousness end.. .

Titan is a public company, while the people in the marketing division (even if held culpable by some strange logic)may hold shares, general public holds much more than them for sure.. The joke is on them..

Share price fluctuate for the silliest of reasons, it will bounce back even stronger if the fundamentals of the company is strong( which is the case here). Trolls will still wear this as a badge of honour.. Some achievement...mahaan kaam kar diya..🤢

While the truth is that they have just given India haters a reason on a platter to categorise Indians as bigots, even though these trolls are not our ambassadors..
