The doctor knew where Ishita was but refused to tell Raman

and he too had a good point that Ishita is weak

but her letters to him and the fact that she left her photos

and bought lots of baby stuff for Ishaan

makes Raman realize just how difficult it would be to forget her

Dr- no need to thank me ,we are not only doctor and patient but friends also . So not as patient but I m helping you as a friend aur jyada socho mat and take ample rest aur haan Mr Raman bhalla was very much restless when he found that you were gone .

Dr- he was very much mad at you that you left without meeting them.

I- ye to bas mujhe pata hai ki ye mere liye kitna muskil hai but I have to do this . May be Mr bhalla is restless for now but ultimately we have to part ,I m preparing myself for that.

I- I don't feel like having anything .

Dr- ishita you are weak , you have to take care of yourself .

I- pata hai , lekin kuch achcha nahi lag raha. Doctor ,I had left a part of me ,it will take sometime for me to cope up with this .

Dr- I know that ,take your time but still you have to take care of your health.

Saying so doctor patted her shoulder and left the room .
