Good: rudr’s life in danger has given a bit of jolt to pree to realise what he means. Saransh is going to water down more and more (Though not all) of Rudra’s plans and rudeness to pree. Expect this track to have a redemption part as well in the final leg for Rudra when tides will turn.

expected: Balraj + barbie dolls and Rudr Milan

bad: restraining order, Rudra informing Balraj and barbie dolls the truth means that as he starts to calm down and anger gives way for love to emerge again from depths of his heart, they along with Yuvraj and Rahul will at least for sometime be standing in the way and trying to pull him back in the murky depth

Ugly: there are going to be some parts of episodes that are going to be painful and frustrating to watch until Rudra hits confused state...looking at what pree will go through.

Final word:

Not one of us objected when Rudra beat up Yuvraj, slapped Rahul. Was rude to ahana. Almost hit Balraj. Because he was then defending pree who we like and who we know is good. Right now, pree stands at the top of the list of people who have done very very bad criminal and heartbreaking and inhuman things to him - in Rudra‘S list. She has - as he has been made to believe- been worse than Balraj who Abused him but made it clear there was no love to be expected from him ever only abuse..so he knew what he was getting. She is worse than Yuvraj who - at least to Rudra- has never pretended to be anything but a leech.

we as audience have all the info, we know who is in the right and who is not. It is easy for us to make judgments on either of them - Rudra or pree - with the complete knowledge that we do have. But with the info that has been provided to him - as proof - as the end of what has been made to look like accidentaL investigation ...he has no reason to think this isn’t anything but absolute truth ....at this point before doubts emerge. Rahul has connected everything..linked many things so well in a perfect bow that it will take time for questions to emerge especially after he offered to swear on his only baby girl.

so while pree is innocent to us. She is a murderer and deceiver to Rudra.

So now where from here..

Pree is not weak...I don’t expect her to be at least with everyone ex Rudra

Right now she had no clarity on what Rudra saw to change for her to know the magnitude of the issue at hand. She needs that first. May be she will get lucky by Saturday. Fingers crossed. Until then she is not sure what she is countering and what exactly is she to find proofs against,,, nor is she clear on the extent of break down Rudra is going through internally....even though she has some sense of it.

Rudra and pree are not going to go into domestic abuse zone. So please don’t make this into that extreme.

Pree needs to find her ground first and know what she is fighting before she can fight against it. So don’t judge her just yet. If she doesn’t respond back to things quickly, it is becuase she doesn’t know what she is really responding back to.

Will pree be patient with Rudra in the beginning...yes she will. And before we go into blame game mode saying how can rudra do this or how can she keep quite. Let’s remember rudra being quiet a few times when pree was slapping him, for no reasons over Yuvraj’s manipulation is what helped calm situation and not make bigger mess of it. Pree is smart. In his clouded state IF pree fights and fights, it is going to add more fuel to Rudra’s anger not calm it down.

I am not saying she is going to take shit because of that. She won’t. But she will need to find her ground before she starts giving back.

Until then, saransh will force Rudra to put saransh first, ahead of his hatred and force him to address his behaviour with pree.
she is likely to the one with clearest picture now. And hence has to be the sensible one at this stage to think things through and help them both out..the way Rudra was the sensible one during blackmail track when pree was falling apart.

You literally NAILED it!! If I could give you an award for this comment I honestly would. 👏Using words like "abuse" for what Rudra is doing right now isn't really the current term. He isn't just doing this for no reason or like the other male leads in the show in the name of "angry young man". He has his reasons for hating Preesha right now and rightfully so. A genuine question for the people that are terming what he is doing as abuse, which one of you would be silent when your brother's murderer is in the same room with you or next to you? Like you said, we are not in Rudra's position so it's easy to say his actions are wrong.

Another point I liked was how the other person said that "victims of child abuse are violent". THIS!! The environment you grow up in HAS an impact on you as an individual. It is no brainer that Rudra didn't grow up in a very good environment. Also comparing Rudra and Balraj is pathetic AF. They both are completely different and their actions are in no way similar. Balraj is abusive in general whereas Rudra has his reasons. I am not justifying Rudra's actions here but he isn't wrong for the STRONG emotions he is feeling.

Kind request- Let's please not just throw around words like "abuse" around. Rudra's actions might be wrong but the motive behind his actions isn't just the fact that Preesha cheated on him. She has done MUCH more and MUCH worse (murder and ruining his career) according to him. Let's just enjoy the progression and process of their individual characters with Preesha realizing what she is feeling is INDEED love (kind of got a hint at that today) and Rudra realizing no matter HOW much he tries to hate Preesha he just won't be able to and in the process of hurting her he is only hurting himself. :(

I guess manhandling runs in the Khurana blood. The way Balraj and Rudr keep pushing and pulling Preesha is 😡

Some ppl would understand that and maybe even more so, if we ever learned his back story and let’s say learn that he is also a victim of abuse. Point is - it wouldn’t matter.

as for Ru- he’s being a pathetic baby. The writers have ruined his character development. You can’t go from loving someone so much one day to hating them and physically hurting them the next day. He was so understanding and such a team player a few days ago and now he’s just nuts. And all this b/c some douche bag said he’d swear on his kid as proof?? And he chose to take that word against Pree who took a bullet for her kid!? Makes 0 sense.

And if this is driven by his history as a child abuse victim, then like I said earlier- the track does need to talk about domestic violence issues and how counselling can help. You can’t just ignore this massive character trait and let it be until the next time Ru’s feelings get hurt and he wants to pull someone’s hair. I also agree that the writers do need to show his emotional turmoil. It doesn’t feel real not to have that b/c Ru has been such a feeler and we’ve been privy to his inner thoughts so much. Beating Yuvraj/Rahul is different for Rudra than doing that to Preesha. He was not in love with them. He has always been extreme, and that is fine. Character development was not about him getting over his anger/extremities, but he being able to see beyond in Preesha, which suddenly he cannot. One day he does not need any explanation, and then the next day he does not even give her the chance to explain. And honestly slapping her for once can still be termed as impulsive and in heat of the moment, but choking her, pulling her hair etc. over time can never be justified for someone you claim to love. They better show redemption after this.

You bring up a good point about no one batting an eye when Ru beat up Rahul/Yuvraj - I think generally rather than the act of beating up itself what causes criticism is when it's done between people of dissimilar physical strengths. That's why when women fight with other women or men fight with other men, it is not berated as much. But when men hit women or say adults beat up children, that is considered unfair and wrong because the underlying assumption is that the victim won't be able to put up a fight against the offender. In a way, even Ru, in all his 'Psycho Saiyaan' glory, was just rude to Ahana. If he were to end up hitting her and no one had objected, then that would have been considered hypocritical.

Now, about Ru's POV - whenever he gets angry/jealous, he character assassinates Pree. Even going by Ru's current logic, let's say, Pree indeed was in love with Yuvraj. Ru had married her in disguise and it should not be a surprise even if she still was in love with the person she was supposed to marry. (She isn't, but Ru doesn't know that). Now, how is it Pree's fault if Ru falls in love? At the end of the day, no one forced him to fall in love. He did so of his own accord. But anyway, I'll let this go for now because Ru, being quite an impulsive person, is just reacting and lashing out in his current state.

I just hope Pree is not turned into a typical FL who puts up with the ML's horrible behavior and accepts everything just because she feels guilty and/or lacks clarity about what happened. Despite whatever Ru believes about Pree, thinking someone is a despicable human being doesn't give you the right to be judge, jury, and executioner.

Agreed about the comparisons between Ru and Balraj. Comparing them is too much of a stretch.

As of now there is NO LOVE from Rudra.. It's pure Blind hate to a person who decieved him on all levels. Let's not forget it's not even 24hrs to the incident.. any sort of submerged love will only emerge after few days on some calm reflection..

But I agree huge redemption is required & I'm sure it will come.. even Abrars interview hinted it.

I am confused, is this the first ITV show where ML is rough with FL. In every show I have watched till date there was some amount of this drama.. The only difference here is Rudra's reasoning is better explained & understandable..

And what about the parent show? Was Raman always a saint and never manhandled Ishita? I haven't watched that show for long but whatever I have seen there was similar manhandlings.. So why are so many people reacting like it's something that's happening first time on ITV🤔

Haha, no, generally ITV does show ML being rough with FL. They say these tracks are for TRP audience but I am not sure whether these actually lead to any rise in TRP.

I actually think people reacting every time something like this is shown shows that this behavior is not normalized, which is a good thing, right?
