When guests came in BB 11 or BB 13 the contestants did not suck up to them in any way even when Hina came in BB 13. They seem like deer in headlights.

They too have to take their identity and shift focus on themselves in some way, waise everyone knows BB will save the people bringing in trps.

The thing is that in previous seasons the guests (older contestants) usually entered after at least half the season was over so by that time the contestants had figured out the game, created strategies and were confident in themselves and in their game plans.

This time however, the guests have been their since day 1 and that too with their strong personalities like loud mouth, control freaks like Sid and highly opinionated people like Gauhar.

On top of that these contestants survival depends on the guests right from the starting when in other seasons it takes contestants at least a couple of weeks to open up.

So of-course these newbies will be overwhelmed imo.

Actually I do think they would've too - Shukla didn't show us his inner saand until a couple weeks in - and the rest too opened up in shades, leading up to that 2nd task, when all the cards were open. Can't say for sure either way - but here, BB hasn't done them any favours by not only stacking the game against them from day one, but bringing in someone like Shukla, who wants it to be all about him anyway.
