From what I observed. Not saying my observation is more accurate. Dr. Swamy was the only one who even remembered about the 302 FIR yesterday. Everyone else was just explaining how Sudhir Gupta's testimony was inaccurate and should be dismissed as all angles are still possible. Dr. Swamy via tweet*** key word key word** was the one person still urging the CBI to file an FIR with 302.

We were all swearing why hasn’t suicide been ruled yet and 302 FIR been lodged. After this PR gimmick everyone including Ishkaran is implying we should be happy murder hasn’t been ruled out. Umm.. no that sets us back weeks in the investigation before Vikhas Singh complained. In fact the news was the 302 FIR was supposed to be lodged on Saturday. That’s where we should be. We should still be swearing why it isn’t clear that it was a murder according to CBI because if they were doing an ethical job going by Vikhas Singh statement they would have reached that conclusion now. In no way is it a celebration that at least murder hasn’t been ruled out and CBI might still be finding ways to make it seem like a suicide.

Sorry, didn’t catch wat u mean. I hav not been follow the updates closely so might hav missed out some details but one thing is for sure that CBI is delaying the case. At least they shud put out a proper significant statement instead of repeating “we are probing all angles.”

The HC order is still reserved. Lets hope the HC doesn't give bail.
