Vikas Singh when contacted said, “AIIMS report is not conclusive and CBI in its charge sheet can still file a case of murder in Sushant Singh Rajput death case.'' He also addded that AIIMS have based their report on the photographic evidence that has been provided to them and have not examined the body of the late actor. “They don't have the X-ray of the leg which is said to have been fractured so it cannot be conclusive at the most it could be taken as a piece of evidence in the case,'' said Vikas Singh.

It depends on ssr's family's lawyer to prove it as murder .

I have this account from 2011 and I have never seen such a toxicity. People are celebrating anything that doesn’t suit the narrative!!

Whatever AIIMS is saying, I give a damn. It’s a clear cut case of murder and now it seems like something major is being hidden.

It is a shame people we once considered balanced members have joined in that toxicity. To think Bollywood fans can be that blind. They think an entire family that has been proved to be in the drug peddling business is innocent. But Sushant's innocent, well educated family that has not in history been convicted of a crime is shady. Sadke jaave in ke logic ke liye!

It's not about corrupt sys , ssr case exposes bolly under world , drugs etc.. international mafia links are there n it's not easy , internal security disturbs , already violence started in up , if takes action prob n if not take also prob , it's world terrorism on india n innocent Indians are victims .

WHAT TO THEY MEAN MAYBE? They were suppose to do it today. We were all suppose to wake up to good news?

The inflection point in Sushant Singh Rajput case is likely with CBI taking a call on adding the murder charge while AIIMS will also release its statement.

I am really not trusting any media any more. I am only going to react when we get an official statement from AIIMS and the CBI.

The way times now took a 180 degree turn. I am wondering if we can trust anyone. They knew the public was angry. Did they want to take us for a ride? I don't believe it is impossible to influence the CBI. Jiah Khan's mother spoke in detail about how the CBI came under the pressure of bollywood. People said someone was trying to influence the AIIMs report. Many even said it was Dr. Swamy. I did not want to believe it. But why did Shiva Sena and BJP have a meeting? SSR justice is prob still one of the biggest issues in India right now. I wont trust anyone blindy. I wont mistrust anyone blindly. I will take things for face value from now on.
