I would like you to see this video of Sahil Chowdary Youtuber he was picked up by Crime Branch, Mumbai Police 6 days back from his city n flown to Mumbai , his father accompanied him as well, then they arrested him over there based on some FIR claiming his Youtube content by some Mumbai Politician , within day all his videos were deleted - He was one of the first people to make video demonstrating how Suicide was not physically possible in room Sushant was found. He has also worked in Mumbai n is friends with Sheena (Who friend told her on June 14th 9:30 am that Sushant was murdered - That Friend is died on Aug 8 2020 💔)

He went 10 days back to Mumbai to help Seena with her Case against Tiger Shroff’s friend whom they protecting in molestation case - they all have seen FIR abt that case, He also went to CBI office n Disha Sallian’s building to see distance b/w where her body fell and concluded huge Foul play, he was vocal abt Sushant case n AU. Look at his apology video this is not how this Guy talks , if anyone see his other video on Youtube, if they are not deleted it is clear he is under pressure. This is level of suppression. He is praising Mumbai police , can u believe it , I think his father , family is threatened.

I don’t trust anyone blindly bz of way things are going, false narratives are set , fake news is prominent. PR is active , We common people need to see things logically.

Offtopic but I want Hathras case culprits Hanged, but now I see their is some political angle in case as reported. God knows what truth is, but however wronged her needs to be punished ASAP.

One of the members earlier posted here , that how these people can start riots( as rumored month back in Mumbai) n such events to divert attention from case, we all have seen this happening in past.So believing any of these channels completely is big mistake

Even in Sushant case Political angle is prominent, Dr. Swamy I so believed early on as he was pivotal in writing letters to PMO HMO n getting all agencies. But deep down he had his own agenda n yes he did try to bail out Thackreys 😈-watch one of his videos, he is close to Dr. Sudhir Gupta, he himself said once.

Arnab is doing great job, Ofcourse as I researched I found he has animosity with Maha Govt n I know he is trying to settle his scores with them through Sushant’s case BUT I don’t mind - Why ? Bz Maha Govt is Guilty in this case, He is not trying to frame them here, So I fully support him👍🏼 , I don’t support him on his channel’s stand on Farmer’s bill bz I have read those Draconian Ordinances . I like Ravish kumar here n there, But I can see through NDTV’s agenda in this case.

I never use to watch these channels as I don’t follow indian media too much, not residing in country. But from past 3-4 months I have access n watching it for Sushant case bz I was shocked at how people are Cut like vegetables - If Killing of Disha n Sushant didn’t Shudder people , then what will - Are people’s favorites more significant than someone’s death ? What will take those people to wake up, when one of their own dies from hands of Mafia, god forbid ?

And Do we need Proof again to remind ourselves whether Sushant’s case is Suicide or Murder ?? 😕Seriously How many loopholes are needed, even Dog can tell it is one, Have we seen Sushant’s unmorphed pictures given by her sister to CBI - they r still available online - Even Vikas singh reveled one of AIIMs doctor right away said it is Murder🤓, Report was supposed to be bout 2 weeks back, R we fool to not understand negotiation were going on but I thought they failed at end, Now Let’s see still until report to in front of us.

I want to see how they prove it is Suicide, Give us Proof, there is No way they can prove something which does even happened, they have to stage whole thing BUT We should Thank million times people who Leaked, recorded Video of Crime Scene, THAT IS CALLED DIVINE. I use to watch indian movies here n there , would spend hard earned dollars to go watch movies with excitement , Now I have loathe for those actors, directors who didn’t stand up for right , AM I Brainwashed, Blind person ? Don’t believe anyone , anything Blindly - No one can give news 100% correct all the time, sometimes their sources might fail , You never know who could be compromised when , It cannot be Just Money ,These Syndicates has Thousands of Crores and All Psychological weapons to break person - They can threaten family , they might have ur weakness n can black mail whoever goes against them. Remember this case is not about just one Politician or industry, it is WHOLE SYNDICATE - From Trafficking to money laundering to Drug Cartel to UNWorld - it has international Reach.

But in this case things can’t be any more Blatant as they are. We all know THESE ARE MURDERS, So Plz refrain questioning urself bz of Fake narrative by media n PR effort ,they have just started, they lure people with their interests n weaknesses. Bz Common public has CLEAR HEART and are Emotional.

But I think this is 2020 n People are WOKE. I M SO Glad Majority is able to see through it now. That is Biggest Victory. Souls of Disha n Sushant Can see Uproar n Support for them. Think about Bhagat Singh, if one reads him, How many turbulence those people have gone through, they couldn't even see their Dream coming true, Yet were proud of their Righteous Ideology till end. They are REAL HEROS, As Sushant died protecting n fighting for Right, He is real HERO, We need to Celebrate them as we fight for them and take our motivation from them.

A murder cannot have been planned. But media attention can be.

Truly those who committed the crime are monsters. But unfortunate reality is, there are hundred such cases happening every year. But few gets this media coverage, which is based on the state, victim's caste/religion, perpetuator's caste/religion etc. That is for narrative building. Both left and right media do that. One will not report other cases, which does not suit their narrative.

To find a solution, we just have to find the root cause, leaving narrative. For example. We presume to think crime on Dalits is most common, because of media attention. But do we know, crime committed on Dalits is 30 times less compared to crime on people from other castes (percentage population wise) ? Also probability of a girl getting raped by a family member is more than that of a girl getting attacked from another caste.

Gathering at Jantar Mantar was defenitely an effort to distract people from Sushanth fans who were holding Satyagraha on same day. On the top of it, mocking of Sushanth fans. "Don't other lives matter?". True. But how come everyone realised that (other lives matter) exactly at this time? (For example, another one happened in Rajasthan sometime ago, which hardly got media coverage).

I am not reducing importance to any event. Yes. Criminals of Hatras have to be sentenced. But Instead of building narrative, one needs to find a solution dispassionately. For example, fast track decision on such cases, which should take less than an year, including Supreme Court decision. I wish all parties to come together to form such bill which will scare the people to commit crime. (Building toilets in rural areas was also good initiative, as women get attacked then). But where is the will power amongst parties? Everyone including media are selling their agendas instead of finding solution.

Lets wait for Monday. We will get justice. Let the Bullywood celebrate enjoy their 2 minute maagi noodle happiness😆 lets stick together and wait for the press conference from Aiims and CBI.

I agree. Just come out and say it officially. It is what it is. I just hope whatever the answer is, the family is satisfied with the explanation. As for me, this case has turned me off of Bollywood and India Forums (except for this thread).

AIIMS forensic head says probe incomplete; media makes headline out of selective citation

A large section of the mainstream news media declared hours ago that the forensic team of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), which has examined the viscera of Sushant Singh Rajput, had ruled out the late actor’s murder. While the head of the AIIMS team Dr Sudhir Gupta said, “The investigation is still going on… We can’t conclude simply on murder or suicide based on just ligature marks and scene of the crime. Need more investigation which is still going on and not concluded,” the headlines picked another part from his quotes: “Sushant’s death is a case of suicide. Murder is completely ruled out.”

The AIIMS panel of forensic doctors, readers may note, had access to just 20% of the viscera that the doctors of Cooper Hospital had preserved for future examination. Further, since the body of the late actor had reached the municipal hospital in Mumbai more than 6 hours after the estimated time of death, the possibility of detecting poison in it was negligible, a doctor from the Cooper Hospital’s forensic team is on record stating.

Meanwhile, a separate forensic team (electronic) has examined a laptop, two hard disks, a canon camera and two mobile phones that Sushant used.

The AIIMS team had submitted their findings to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on 29 September. The findings of the AIIMS medical board concurs with the findings of Cooper Hospital, where Sushant Singh Rajput’s autopsy was conducted.

Nevertheless, the Central Bureau of Investigation will continue with its investigation from the angle of suicide, say sources. It will look at the incident of Sushant’s death from the abetment to suicide angle too. All aspects are still open in the CBI probe and if any evidence comes to light proving otherwise, say the sources, the agency will add Section 302 of the IPC, which is a murder charge.

However, the CBI has been investigating the case for 57 days now. Nothing has come up so far, say sources. With the forensic reports in, it is now up to the investigation agency to take the case to its logical conclusion.

On 26 September, Vikas Singh, the lawyer of Sushant Singh Rajput’s family, had claimed that according to an AIIMS doctor, the cause of the actor’s death was “200% strangulation”. Vikas Singh had said, “Getting frustrated by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert abetment to suicide to the murder of SSR [Sushant Singh Rajput]. The Doctor who is part of the AIIMS team had told me long back that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it’s death by strangulation and not suicide.”

Today, Dr Gupta reacted to the lawyers statement, saying, “What he is saying is not correct. We can’t conclude simply on murder or suicide based on just ligature marks and scene of crime. Need more investigation which is still going on and not concluded.”

Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Bandra home on 14 June while private detectives had posted their findings on YouTube, claiming he had been murdered the previous night and the killers used his phone the next morning to create an alibi.

Mumbai Police had called the death a case of suicide within 15 min of discovering the corpse. They filed an Accidental Death Report (ADR) the same day. Between that day and 19 August when the Supreme Court handed the case over to the CBI, Mumbai Police had been carrying out inquests (asking people questions) instead of conducting a proper investigation.
