Even I am having the same feelings Vibha. On top some sad incident happened in our appartment. A lady in my ground floor burnt herself and scumbed today. She has two grownup daughters. Don't know what made her to take that extreem step.

People are helpless now, no end to this haunting pandemic, many problems at the home front, losing confidence, and yielding to a weak moment which leads to such blunders!😕

Yes, maintaining sanity in such times is very important. Sorry to know about the suicide in your housing complex. I am sure there was an underlying reason but this covid situation spurs such situations creating a bleak mood, in normal times there are diversions, so life gets balanced. If we for instance can occasionally get upset and frustrated due to this constrained living, anyone with lesser motivation or an underlying grief, will break up. My sympathies.

I know a lot of youngsters force their parents, out of goodwill of course, to just stay at home but adult or child, this confinement is bad for mental health. An occasional drive with mask or an outing with precautions is absolutely needed. Paranoia in any form is wrong and excessive.

In all the serials, the actors are not comfortable emoting the right expressions under the cover of mask and fear !! It seems we got another chance to see the floral twigs swing to show the romance of the leads .... good old days!! Many serials are abruptly ending now, many leads are infected now, fear is there in the minds of both makers and actors.

Could not sleep last night as the incidents happened yesterday evening came flashing, though I didnot go near the body but witnessing from far. Though I am not in touch with that lady but bumping often when ever I go down stairs hence this restlessness. If it was a normal death then it could not have made any difference to me but suiside by burning is scary.

On top my husband was out of city for some official work. He is travelling in his car will be home today midnight. I did not inform him thinking it is not suitable as he is traveling.

Will take some time to me to become normal.

Today is Gandhi Jayanti, the birthday of Mahatma Gandhi, the apostle of truth and non violence! How our country has strayed from his ideals! Very sad indeed!
