The story line is still ok. It could have been dealt a bit differently.

Do you remember the beginning of THR 1.0? When Anu was angry with her and didn't want to get close to her? The way Kalyani tackled that was so cute and sweet. CVS should have shown something like that.

And I was waiting to see Kalyani as a DM. Her doing good for people, the professional side of her work, and KalMa getting closer that way and then dealt with what all happened 5 years ago and why Kalyani stayed away. I wanted a natural progression of that.

I'm annoyed by the CVS copying most things that happened in S1 and having different characters do them. It's getting too much "in your face" now... makes it seem like they don't have any more ideas left vs a clever nod to the previous season and its greatest moments.

They were trying to do that on purpose. Mimick the early days of THR 1.0 with different situations, but the way it is being handled here is MUCH worst, so it just seems like CVS are out of ideas.

Yes I do remember that part of 1.0.

Exactly, a professional side of Kalyani was what we were looking forward to.

And a natural progression of their relationship trying to clear all their misunderstandings of the past 5 years.

Only after they that they should have shown some clue about Pillu. Then it would have looked better when both search together, comfort each other if they reach dead ends and finally their joy when they find him.

Instead the CVs are creating so many subplots and straying away from the main plot. None of these subplots may get proper closure too.

In my opinion this Avni is totally not needed. There's already so much in KalMa's plate without her.

Also, they should take the Swaragini route with Avni's character to make her exit and reunite Kalma already. We know they are over their initial anger towards each other and a good yelling session and discussion about all the secrets of the last yrs Kallu missed will put these issues to rest.

I want to see them as husband-wife for a while before Moksh appears and they go back to mostly being shown tackling cases, solving family matters and being Pillu's parents. It was cruel that we didn't get that before the leap happened.
