Suman says to Vikram that she doesn't think he will like her if he gets to know her more. So I think Suman really doesn't believe she is capable of relationships.

Suman says all these things to keep Shravan away while secretly keeping his memory intact.

Love the angry vibe between them though. Suman's obviously going to keep him back in Bhopal for treatment lol. I am curious about the verdict of the case. I don't think Suman is out to be vindictive, its more about the truth for her.
