The show follows regular, run off the mill concepts such as step mother not letting daughter get married because she'll lose her income. Possibly, the only good thing about this show is the father-daughter bonding.

I also found the guy following the girl around problematic.

I don't know the fate of this show tbh, it was highly unimpressive.

I was watching Mushk's latest episode when this showed up next and I only watched the 1st scene and the OST and I think I'll skip, even though there's Faizan in it 😆

Well. This story starts with the regular morning scene where Sumbul (Amal) wakes up early whilst her sister Naushaba is the same-old clichéd scene too; wakes up late and starts yelling about how she's sleepy. Sumbul's mother asks her for money as she wants things for the house. Sumbul says she'll give the money. Amal goes to university and she works as well. She goes to the university park to draw and there she meets Sami. He starts romantically stalking her and says the regular aashiq dialogues that show up on HUM 😆. Sami also shows up at her job later too and then offers to drop her off and she refuses. Amal's mom and dad are arguing about marraige of Naushaba. Load of melodrama happens where Sumbul's mom asks for money and starts sobbing about how bechari she is and how Amal should just keep the money 👎🏼. She makes her take a sar ki kasam that until she does not put all her siblings on their feet she won't get married. Then next day Sami continues to stay desperate and Amal yells at him and gives a message of her not being interested, so he stops showing up at wherever she is and she is somewhat sad when he stops stalking her (huh??). A rishta comes for Naushaba and in the most unique twist possible, guess who it is? Sami 🤣. Then of course Sami says he is not here for Naushaba he is here for Amal. Amal says she will not get married to him, but Sami refuses to get married to Naushaba. Naushaba of course gets married and makes the 😳adopted😳 remarks of how she is not even their blood, this is why she steals everything from her blood. So now it's confirmed that bechari Amal is adopted/mooh boli. Her mom also starts to hate her more as she feels she is the reason her real daughter is not getting anything. Then her parents talk about this and Amal's dad favors her because he knows she has not done anything wrong. While he is leaving the house, he pulls Amal aside and tells her to get married because her mother will eat her alive soon if not.

And that is the first episode. I mean even with the negative reviews from some, I didn't find it too bad. Sami has a good track record with his shows so I have hope from it. Faizan did not enter yet and neither did Mashal. I'd give it a solid 3/5.

You are generous I think for giving it 3/5. Storywise it offers nothing new. But maybe actingwise it was a good watch. I need to check it.🤓

I really liked the quality of the show. Its promising. The first episode appeared like a common show but I think Sami's character will be very interesting as it unfolds. He has a little psycho tendencies I am guessing.

The entire episode summary now makes me want to watch it..or maybe I'll wait?

Because if the dad told her to get married and go away, I'd like to see how that happens..I mean..kaun baap bolta hai aise? And if he did, girl, just go find yourself a husband 😆
