Chapter 6

It was Vansh & Riddhima's haldi ceremony in morning & wedding in evening. Anupriya & Kabir made sure everything was perfect as they dont want Vansh to get angry. All gathered in hall for the function, Riddhima & Vansh came down.

Da:Riddhima how's your hand?

R:Its fine

Da:Vansh pehle tujhe haldi lagayi jayegi phir Riddhima par.. sit here

Vansh went & sat at his place, one by one everyone started haldi on him. When it was Siya's turn she applied on Vansh's full face & he made an irritating look.

V:What the hell Siya

S:Bhai bura na mano haldi hai

And all started laughing including Riddhima which made Vansh more irritated.

V:Dont laugh next is your turn only

Hearing this Riddhima stops laughing & made a puppy face as he was right, Vansh smirked. He gets up & left for shower. Riddhima sat on his place & everyone started apply haldi on her. Kabir & Anupriya sighed in relief as nothing happened during haldi ceremony. After sometime Vansh came downstairs & looked at Riddhima who was standing & talking with Siya, he went towards them.

V:Not fair

R:What?

V:Everyone applied so much haldi on me & on you so less

S:Because we love her more than you

Saying this Siya left & Riddhima turned towards him with a smirk, Vansh made a irritating face.

R:You are always like this?

V:Like what?

R:Mr. Grumpy

V:I am not grumpy

Riddhima smiles & her eyes just went up & was shocked, the chandelier above was about to fall on them.

R:VANSH

Riddhima throws Vansh & herself on the ground & rolls to other side, just then the chandelier hits on the ground & breaks, few glass shreads were spread around & was about to hit Riddhima but Vansh shields her with his back. All were shocked & gathered around them, Vansh stands up & helps Riddhima to stand.

K(thought):What the hell just happened?

R:You okay?

V:Yes.. you?

Riddhima nodded, Dadi came near them.

Da:Both of you are okay right?

Both nodded, Vansh came near the chandelier & looked at the rope it was perfectly fine, then he went near the pillar where its rope was tied, Riddhima also followed him. They both looked around the pillar for clue but nothing was there.

V:Nothing is here, the rope is also perfectly fine

R:Then may be the chandelier rope's knot was loosely tied that's why it fell

V:Whoever was working here before the function may have tied it loosely.. irresponsible

R:But Vansh Devraj was working here before the function

Hearing his name Vansh became angry & marched towards Kabir, Riddhima also followed him & tried to calm him down.

V:Devraj Singh Rathore I told you if anyone gets injured due to your irresponsibility I will not spare you

K:Mr. Rai Singhania I really dont know how it happened

V:It happened due to your irresponsibility.. first mehendi now this.. enough is enough.. Vansh Rai Singhania kisiko dusra mauka nehi deta.. no need to plan our wedding anymore.. your service is not needed anymore.. you may leave

An:But Vansh

V:No mom I will not listen to you about this anymore.. Mahesh.. mahesh

Mahesh came.

V:Bring Mr. Rathore's luggage... Angre cheque

Mahesh left & Angre came with Vansh's cheque book, he took it & signed it & placed on Kabir's hand.

V:Its a blank cheque.. whatever is your charge you can fill it..

This whole time Riddhima, Anupriya & Kabir was looking at him fearfully. Kabir recovered & places the cheque back on Vansh's hand.

K:Sorry Mr. Rai Singhania.. Devraj Singh Rathore doesn't charge until & unless his work is completed so no need

By that time Mahesh also returned with his luggage, Kabir took his suitcase & turned towards Vansh.

K:You may think that whatever happened is my fault but soon you will realize your mistake & trust me that day you will regret it

Saying this Kabir just glanced at Anupriya who was looking helpless & at Riddhima who was looking scared because of Vansh & turned towards the main door.

K(thought):Today I am leaving but soon I will return.. but something is definitely fishy.. but what

Kabir left & Vansh turned towards family members.

I:Now how the wedding will take place

R:Dont worry me Angre & Aryan will arrange everything

Vansh turned towards Riddhima who was already looking at him with some unknown emotion. Vansh holds her hand & both of them goes to their room. Everyone left from hall except Siya.

S:I am sorry bhai but whatever I did was for everyone's well being

Flashback

After leaving Riddhima & Vansh, Siya went towards the pillar where the chandelier's rope was tied & opens the knot & leaves the rope so that chandelier falls.

S(thought):If I tell you the reason you will not believe but one day I will prove it that whatever I did was right

Here in room, Riddhima stood infront of Vansh & he was gazing her.

V:Thank you.. if you have not seen in time god knows what would have happened

Riddhima nodded & Vansh took a step towards her but she stood at her place.

V:Are you scared of me?

Riddhima sighs.

R:May be a little

Vansh holds her shoulder.

V:Relax Sweetheart.. I will not hurt you or insult you intentionally

Riddhima nodded her head & just gave a small smile, Anupriya who standing outside their room heard their conversation.

An(thought):Nope I dont think so Vansh or Riddhima did anything.. but then how the hell that chandelier fell

Thinking all this Anupriya left from there.

V:Get a shower.. you have a wedding to attend Mrs. Rai Singhania

Both smiles & Riddhima went to washroom, Vansh goes to his study room where Angre was already waiting.

V:Angre

A:Yes boss

V:Get every information about this Devraj Singh Rathore.. and I need the details by end of night

Angre left & Vansh was in deep thought.

V(thought):The chandelier may be just an accident, even Ishani or Aryan may have mixed something in mehendi or it was already ruined but who will put Riddhima in a suitcase.. I need to find out.. Riddhima is not at all save
