I guess Suman has turned completely fearless now...she accepts everything irrespective of what other's will think and whether it is right....she follows her heart the way her father told her many times... Kanchan was busy playing with super baby and Avni was on a business tour with her father...

Jokes apart children aren't allowed to represent in the court so Kanchan and Avni didn't go initially I guess and later the hatred must have intensified...

And moreover even if SuVan saw each other in the court they won't get to know about each others whereabouts because badle ki aag type feelings
