Yeah. Parth raised the bar so high that we expect a lot better from him. That's why I was so disappointed earlier.Originally posted by: surbhi1995
Scene was pretty much decent one.not bad .but has raised very high expectations from his fans that it is very difficult to be satisfied with this .
Its parth fault only when we know his potential then it's difficult to settle down with anything less than best.
But anyways we know how things r going on in a rushed manner.so it's fine
But later I thought that this whole scene was because of that bridge scene which never made sense from the start anyway . Whatever we watch now is just bonus 😆
hi Abjini nice to meet you 😊

Na na. I don't think so😔
I have some people who were not completely disappointed. That amounts for something 🤷♀️
Anyways, even if I am alone. Fine with it. 😁

Me loved it.
I have kept parth aside. I'm disappointed with him.
But the scene had everything I was hoping for from this revelation. More than anything it had Anurag's guilt which has been sorely missing since sometime.
Seems like It Mahi.
I really loved Erica though. She was very good. After watching the clip I felt the dialogues were good and Parth wasn't actually bad. it's just that I felt the scene needed a little bit therav. As audience I expected Anurag to be shell shocked and numb and he was but the impact was less as they rushed it .
YES YES... EXACTLY.
I felt this too. I felt this scene would've been much better if Anurag had just dropped to the floor after hearing this. Completely shocked for sometime.aube the should've given prerna a few dialogues here.. She should've accused him of murdering their child, of being resonsible for everything. Taking out her own anger and heartbreak. And anurag shell shocked and just listening. It would've been much much better.
The enormity of the news is such that a few minutes without reaction would've made it much better.
Ok. Unpopular opinion here but here it goes😁😁😁:
These are few inputs from my theatre days.
When we hear something that breaks us but still have something we can do about it. Some hope. Some action. Some comfort that at least something was good. Then a person reacts differently. He becomes restless cause he wants to do what can be done as soon as possible to avoid further damage. Parth excels in this. 💕💕💕💕💕💕
When we hear something that breaks and also has an anger attached to it with someone. Cause it's some other person's fault. You can blame it on him/her. You are angry why that person did that to you. Then a person reacts differently. He becomes angry, maybe breaks things and confronts that person who was to blame. Parth excels in this also. 💕💕💕💕💕💕
And then there is the third type that we rarely see in ITV, especially for the main lead.
What if we hear something that breaks us completely? There's no hope. No restlessness. No anger. Only guilt, numbness and helplessness. Anurag did something thinking for 8 years that what he did was right, what he did was the biggest sacrifice of his life, comparing himself to thornbird and thinking he was successful in protecting the love of his life and daughter. He kept himself at a high horse all these years. Having a really small hope somewhere that he gets to see his daughter someday. This hope became strong when the love of his life came back. Just one glimpse of his daughter he wanted. We saw that on Shivani's mehendi how much his eyes were looking for her.
And then everything comes crashing down when he gets to know from Prerna that there is no daughter that he can see. She was dead all these years when he was thinking she is fine somewhere. He realises that he did a blunder. He didn't keep his promise either to Prerna or Sneha. That helplessness where you didn't even have the energy to react was what was beautifully portrayed. Prerna was in front of him and he was the reason of all her pain. And he thought she was fine somewhere? How could he be so clueless? Parth for sure needs a bit improvement here. But I am not least bit disappointed. Cause today my heart sank with the helplessness that he portrayed in his complete body language and voice. He was completely guilt ridden and blamed himself for everything. I was glad they didn't make him go in defensive or aggressive mode. It wasn't dramatic.
This is why I loved him today. 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
And Eri💞💞💞💞 You amaze me everytime. With no word you expressed so much. Prerna doesn't know anything yet but she could feel his pain. She saw his soul breaking today and you excelled the emotional scene as always💕💕💕💕

Exactly...the PH is in a hurry to complete everything fast
This scene wasvery important so anurags breakdown was necessary
But koinahi.......show is ending .....lets keep everything aside for anupre reunion
Me loved it.

I liked him actually on the contrary 🙈🙈🙈
I agree that he needs to get better and work on some areas but disappointed. Nope. Also, lot of actors lose connect with their characters after so much butchering. Anurag has been on the highest level that I have seen.
And I agree with you. Anurag's guilt is what I wanted to see as well. Than god writers provided that. If it could have been portrayed in any other way and him not showing any remorse. That would have been it for me.
Tbh im not disappointed. It was an 8 minute long scene in one stretch. Pretty decent. Small tweaks her and there would've made it so much better.
Pretty satisfied though, on the whole. 👍🏼
