I cant digest this.. I cant even look at Shravan & Suman for now! Their love destroy the final moment of a doting father..

Papa in Suman’s room was heart breaking...

It was so heartbreaking. I have sobbed several times now. But Suman's behaviour was so understandable and relatable to me. She was just focussed on getting her point across that he wasn't doing right by forcing her (which frankly he wasn't) and that her plan was successful. She didn't know he was going off on a mission. But now she will hate herself forever for this one moment of acting like a normal teenager. But this is where the stark difference between an army family and a civilian family comes to play. Normal child rebellion takes on a different turn when you are afraid your dad could die at any turn. Shravan taught her how to live openly, to live her emotions, but it came at a cost. I don't think their plan was to really run away. But just to delay enough to get the family to understand they are really serious about each other.

But yeah this is the most heartbreaking thing I have ever watched on TV. And its so heartbreaking because of the beautiful way the story was crafted and the way the writers wrote the characters. I feel like I understood the perspective of all of them.

I think she knew that he was off to the cantonment & is aware of the army life but nazar andaaz kargai. Like you said, she was so engrossed in getting POV across that she broke down in the precap & Shravan & Bunty consoling her. Her one act will cause her to cry her heart out. Like Nailah, I also have an inkling that the vests are part of Vijay's death. Probably, Devraj knew of the ghapla otherwise his friend/client wouldn't have commented about him being stressed out during Shravan's birthday.

I mean she didn't know there was an active situation going on. It could have been any number of administrative things he was called to the cantonment for as well. She just wasn't clued in and was so focussed on her plan and nervousness around it that she didn't pay attention.

The final rites will devastate her absolutely. From the spoilers she will be the one performing them. I wonder if she will find the picture of them together. Honesty just thinking about it has me tearing up.

Yeah I think the vests will be part of the issue too. The vests plot has been built up from the beginning so its likely a part of the mess. Although I don't think Devraj would be aware of any shortcoming. I think he genuinely would be caught off guard. But who knows. They played a similar plot in the last show too if Devraj is in the wrong.

I am not even sure it was about communication. Because clearly Suman did explain her perspective well. They just weren't in the emotional framework to understand the other person's perspective and be rational about the whole thing. Even if Shravan went to the US and Suman went to Pune its not like they would never see each other again or couldn't remain in contact. Suman had already accepted the idea of being long distance with Shravan. Also its not like in the olden days where there are no cell phones or they used to get the girl married off immediately. They didn't need to panic lol. On the other hand the dads also jumped the gun. They could have give the kids a couple of days to cool down and explain their fears etc. If Shravan's dad thought it was an infatuation it would go away on it's own. They could afford to let it play out. I could understand Vijay maybe being a bit more concerned should the kids let their hormones get the better of them. But there was also enough there for him to know that the kids were serious about working hard towards their goals too. But it seemed both sides just had a knee jerk reaction stemming from their own fears of the worst possible outcome and it blew up. Sadly Suman is going to be the most affected out of the bunch.

Suvan arent like younger teens ruled over by their hormones well most of the time lol but they are almost legal adults so when parents have to deal with this situation like this they should be careful coz like what happened with them running away is a major probability in most cases. We know suvan just wanted time for them to cool down and were just gonna be gone for a few days but i guess vijays death will eclipse the whole situation and bring in irreparable damage to everyone.
