So one thing is clear Colonel Vijay Tiwari did not die due to faulty vest. And Suvan will break up due to Suman's guilt. She might blame Shravan for this in anger.

Hi dear, I'll be honest here as we don't know the exact reason for his death since it was heard that there were gunshots & Vijay led the mission. I hope they explain this reasoning too in the upcoming episodes. For now, Suman was considered as his josh & he would emerge victorious & this was the first time that he's seen suman not give him a proper farewell due to her approach she was forced to take. It seems that he was wishing for her talk to him but she casually just said "Okay Okay."

The blame will go on the low quality of the vest deal..

The makers has to make the separation worst and justify Suman’s anger towards the Malhotra...

I think this is just initial investigation and hence have arrested (shocking as this happens the same day as the death) and Devraj may come clean later on. 😒
