And it HAD to be Vardhan only. Not is Vardhan just older than him but also the one who raised him. So,his words and actions came back to Rey as a mirror to his own. As his last monologue was,"Nobody was there to teach the right thing to me". The one that was there turned out to be such a creep.

Why do I feel daadi has some back story and there is a reason why she is like this.

He didn't think about what to do for pranati but instead he started questioning himself and decided to change himself to be a better person. This is the first correct choice by him towards their future life also.

remembered all his mistakes with old scenes flashing in front of his eyes....pranati telling him about her pregnancy and him telling her to abort it, vardhan's accusations, dadi's order to throw pranati out of the house, jugunu's custody case how he took 180 degree turn in court.....finally he realized that if one takes wrong path...its duty of elders to bring them back on correct path but there was noone who could correct him leading him to make mistake after mistake...but from now on he will never take the wrong path....he will support the truth.....he will wholeheartedly support the truth ❤️

Ongoing drama aside, he really wants her to see him for the guy he's slowly becoming.......huh. In a fit of anger, all his angst came out! One thing she knows by now- reyansh haath se nikal gaya.

I am so glad it was Vardhan. It couldn’t have been anyone else. Rey wouldn’t take anyone seriously. Only Vardhan had power to give reality check to reyansh. And now that Rey accepted his feelings it killed him when vardhan called pranati mistress.
