I am good, I went to lake district for 2 weeks which was so peaceful. So back to chaos, we are now having second wave of covid in UK. There is panic but I am positive and being careful.

How is situation there? I do read Times of India that the cases are increasing there but recovery rate is very high.

Start of a very sultry humid week with some messed up mails is turning me into weak, especially after spelling out my expectations regarding forward for the same , it didn't go down well with subordinate & sulking work atmosphere isn't helping much to my dehydrated soul..explaining consumes a lot of energy😆

yes sis wfh is still optional as the employees cant force them to come back to work as the situation is still grim. I came to office this week as gt some urgent stuff to attend. if all done sorted I will continue to wfh. its tiring to explain be it with kids, subordinates , family or spouse. I jsut wish there will be a day that I can just expect things goes on without me talks alot and things still gets done.

Thanks for wishes🤗I am glad you took a much needed sabbatical,yes,a lot of countries are going through second phase..there were talks about UK planning another lockdown ?

The situation is grim & more or less same everywhere, though the numbers differ, probably because of the size and other socio-economic factors.Poor mask discipline, not following social distancing norms and people letting their guard down owing to fatigue that has grown during the pandemic are leading to a surge in the positive cases.I hope people remain cautious as unlocking doesn't mean being complacent.
