Wow....very nice story..just came across it and read it in one go. Maan and Geet relationship progress is very well described from start till now.

Nice update. Geet getting familiar with her neighbourhood. Meera seems nice n mature woman.

I can understand Geet here, she was always teacher's favourite one. So always eager to answer first can be expected. Rama very well explained the difference btwn ratta n smartness. For entrances one needs to be thorough with the basics. This incidence might be helpful for Geet.

Was that a hint that she will try for medical again. I really wish she gives one last attempt. She is intelligent n passionate about medicals but lacking somewhere in her preparation. May be with Maan n ayush guidance in right direction will overcome her weak points n she will crack it.

I feel she deserves that chace n destiny is also with her that's why the distance learning disaster.

I see them becoming acutely physically aware of each other and the tension deepening. Is that why Maan has resorted to maintaining a safe distance from her while sleeping at night?

It was pretty clear what has been going on in his mind but I am still not sure if Geet understands the brewing attraction or even if she does, she is ready to accept it and act on it. I think Maan realizes that, hence the retraction. Although, this also means, that he acknowledges his feelings for her to an extent and also the fact that they are strong enough for him to act so cautiously.

It is sad to see Geet going through the same struggle all over again - one of self-depreciation and worthlessness. Though Maan was only joking and did not mean to hurt Geet, it did bring forth her insecurities. For them to move ahead in their relationship, they cannot walk on eggshells, as difficult as it sounds, Geet needs to probably discuss her insecurities with Maan, or anyone close who would understand her and make her realize her self-worth. The fact that her professional failure does not equate a loser. She cannot let these things get to her heart, such vulnerability needs to be adressed. She needs someone to tell her that she is being too hard on herself. An ace student does not necessarily mean they need to excel at everything in life.

Again, it did not help what happened at Meera's place. These maybe small incidents, but they go on to cement a person's self-doubt. I seriously hope she bares her heart to someone rather than letting these feelings fester and lead her to make bad decisions which will not only impact her but her relationship with Maan, her parents and others close to her.

I see a problem ensuing her parents' visit. While Geet is naturally excited, Maan is more worried about managing the expenses, rightly so. While none of them are at fault, it remains to be seen how they handle the situation.

These two chapters have been ripe with emotions, albeit subtly. Waiting to see how things fare. Do continue soon.
