The song's meaning is really deep and the lyrist has tried different metaphors to explain the shallow world. One of the stanzas that absolutely hits me is this

"Koi dushman thes lagaye, toh meet jiya behelaaye

Man meet jo ghaav lagaye, usse kaun mitaaye?"

Meaning if your enemy hurts you, your friend's there to console you

But if the one to hurt you is your friend itself, who will comfort you?

On second thoughts the above line applies to post leap Suvan so well too!

The whole song is a masterpiece....each line hits differently! And it's not boring at all!

Chingari Koi Bhadke is among my father's fav songs.... I honestly don't know how did I not recognise the lyrics maybe because I haven't heard it since a long time...I miss the times when I and my dad used to sit for hours listening to songs and then I use to sleep on the sofa to wake up in my bed good old days❤️😭
