We are actually in a mess right now... I honestly feel let the team and people who are participating decide. No offence intended.. please understand we are trying to work out something that is okay and acceptable to everyone. Sometimes looking at others suggestions it becomes even more confusing because we don’t know what exactly discussing with their team mates. This is one of the reason why I want the captains to decide and we as shepherds aren’t trying to force our ideas on them. An Ernest req to you all please let the participants decide.
