I hadn't noticed it before but now that you mention it yeah most of the ML have the same looks. Hahaha beard is sabaka go to look to be intense😆Its also a proof of how Sab superficially bring in "intensity" "passionate" "AYM" walle personality because character sketch toh kuch hota nai😆

And with girl's agar bubbly dikhana hai toh jeans kurti ka mix type dikhado baat baat pe hasna bekaar so galti karna and oh the main element eat in a disastrous manner along with being messy. LOL

LOL yes....but even in the girls, the styling changes every few years....2000s mein they all used to wear some kind of suits/churidaars to show how "sanskaari" they are.....aajkal it's either a mix of jeans/kurtis or again some kind of suits to show "bubbly sanskaari" types....lol

But the guys ALL having beards just look way too much like clones even more than the girls😆.....even the girls get to change some accessories like types of bangles or something....but the guys all SUCK and think just chipkaaoing a beard makes them "intense"😆

All this suddenly makes me thankful for characters like Shravan-Suman managing to exist on TV right now.....it's a refreshing break from wannabe "beard intensity"😆

That Lockdown love story show looked like shit from the promos only😆.....SP seems quite confused about what kind fo shows to air in these pandemic times.....lol....btw I think it's from the same PH as SNS so I guess isiliye aise hi bakwaas milega😆

LOL YRPK forum mein fangirls maatam manaaoing ki unka show doob gaya....the signs were apparent since a long time but yeh log denial mein rehna chahte the.

I am wondering this leap was always on the cards so why this rush? Did lockdown play a role or there wasn't much significant something they wanted to show in this phase anymore so basically just setting up base for next track?

I feel like some of this is being dictated by pandemic restrictions. Now that the love confession has happened, there isn't much else to "build" towards SS ka relationship - in terms of activities, being able to move around. They are constricted location wise to those two houses and that one road. If they had more freedom to plan locations, they could probably plan more "events" in SS ki life as a part of the dating phase.

But right now, since yehi locations hain, all they can show is group study related stuff....ya phir yeh secret corner or that one chai ki tapri....lol and there is only so much you can show in such scenes....so that is why they are showing time passing to take them to the point of their 12th ke final exams and then wahaan se they can jump to the leap.

Agar pandemic nahin hota, toh I think this dating phase would have included stuff like their badminton championship, Suman ke cadet related events and other things of that sort....maybe another one of Anish ki parties too😆

So far the makers have spared us the EDKV1 song this week so I'm quite thankful....lol....maybe they read some of the complaints and have refrained for now.

Overall, the last 2 epis have had a bit of a rushed quality because they've packed the scenes very back to back.....it doesn't give the audience much time to digest the content....the way they jump from one scene to the next - thoda editing is rushed. When I edit and break up these scenes in chunks, they are more digestable....lol

But even then, I guess it's still decent execution - nothing to put me off so far. And Sumo-Shravan ke scenes remain sweet and earnest so that's a bonus for now.

It's rushed agreed but they still are showing a journey covering a timespan and not just thrown in out of context which is why i feel we aren't thrown off yet. They still had a point behind them like yesterday was all.abiut working as a team for real helping each other suman being his rock solid support in helping him in his studies and training and then so fiercely putting his case in class that just caz he didn't attend didn't mean he didn't learn so yeah. Though there were too many sweet moments that I need to aaram se watch and enjoy like the ice cream bit or the them doing ek dum chote chote usual kaam like the photocopy ek dum relatable tha woh hum bhi har waqt jaate thay notes ohotocopy karwane😆 matlab inki activities bhi overall actual teenagers wali thi and useless nahi tha.

Yup this too they could have shown us more of these activities more school life ka stuff maybe some jealousy bhi thrown in beech main to develop them more but abhi bhi bad job nahi hai in the limited space they still managed very well in showing the bond growing in the limited time and space.. rime ka I also feel they got some.notice from Sony ke jaldi karo or something this liye itna kia but right ab aur kya thuste beech main. What am impressed with is them still making a coherent timeline and conclusion to this phase rush main bhi kahani toh poori hi hai na and they kinda gave us training ka glimpse bhi jaise bhi kind of where the inspiration and idea came to shravan

Haha that photocopy wala S^2 (Suman-Shravan) = heart wala bit was cute indeed....bilkul teenagerish type stuff hi tha wahaan pe and MK-KK badaa hi breezy way mein kar rahe the woh pura montage sequence so it flowed nicely. Kuch OTT nahin lagaa....even the icecream bit was quite lowkey compared to other shows which usually have stuff like that.

And I agree....despite the rush, we can still see an overall point/theme to the epis so far so I also don't mind much.

Ditto....that is where the makers continue to impress....even with all these restrictions and limitations of space and time in the script, they have still maintained an overall hold on the story....even managed to show Army related elements jaise bhi manage karke.....the montages showing time passing are also simple and to the point....nothing faltu.

Unlike other shows where the only "solutions" even with pandemic restrictions are to show SHAADI or BACCHA. MDKD mein bhi they are using a shaadi to try to get TRPs....lol

Somehow seeing EDKV2 manage to avoid all these traps so far does endear me to the show more.....it's literally the only show on air right now genuinely trying for a different way to make a show during these pandemic restrictions also.

I guess even though Shravan has changed quite a bit from his earlier days of shirking responsibility, this baseline remains that he is a bit of an escapist. From the earliest days of the show, we've seen him running away from problems atleast initially.....phir thode time baad, he gets a wake up call and then finds determination to fight again. In Sumo's case, this is what happened....once he became sure of what he feels for her, that is when he pursued her with more determination....but here also he stepped back when she BFF zone-ed him and was ready to never tell her his feelings. Ab in one way it's from consideration, but in another way, it's a bit escapist too. Bilkul hai it also brings his natural laziness to rhe fore ke ho jaayega jab hona hoga why create a problem right now for myself lol ehy speak up for myself nahi rtoh na sahi hehe types i also feel thisnis where their upbringing plays the role her being the aemy wali is used to take things head on and give the fight but he just have this ok jo hogaya bas ho gaya the amount he is scared of the families finding out about them and the way he panics at any hint of the families knowing about them....that does show that he's not ready to face this problem yet. Again, it doesn't mean he's weak....but he's never been the type to take a direct stand in front of the families so far. The only thing he will take a stand for is speaking up for Suman....but never for himself. While Suman speaks up both for herself as well as for him.

Oh no he'S definately not weak it's a combination of many things ranging from being lazy to being stuck in a situation do badly but it's not weak
