Hey!

So I've been a silent reader and following the story from the beginning (and others written by you previously). I won't go into the previous chapters right now (maybe I'll do a collective comment for the entire storyline when its ends) but here's my thoughts about this one -

If Arnav believing Khushi's words immediately had been a shock, him immediately conveying the truth to Anjali (even after the pregnancy news) was an even bigger one.

To be honest, when Arnav was saying the truth with his back towards Anjali and she was making no sounds, I was totally expecting a replay of the events in the show where she has already fainted before hearing anything.

So you managed to suprise me there when it turned out that Anjali had heard things. The complete truth. Whether she believes it or not is secondary but I'm happy that things were laid down in a comprehensive manner for her to understand (something that never happened in canon).

Also the truth being laid out in front of the family brought out expected reactions from them. Quite some open communication going on here. Nani decided to ask Buaji, Akash and NK trust Arnav blindly and Mamiji will do some inbestigation of her own I think. But eventually, they will all stand together.

Let's see what plan they have up their sleeve. Since it's Khushi's plan, there will be some dramatic confession or something? Will wait for the next chapter to find out.

Arnav did not hesitate to share what he knows about Shyam even after finding about Anjali's pregnancy is commendable. There is no point in extending the inevitable. Her reaction will be same whether he reveals it now or later. It is better to get rid of him as soon as he found out about it.

There is nothing wrong in Anjali's reaction. She loved, worshipped and respected Shyam. Arnav was accusing him based on Khushi's claims. It is obvious. But, Arnav or family needs to ask her questions on Shyam's frequent out of town visits, his earnings or Shyam using all the money which was deposited by Arnav form their joint account etc.,

Let us see what Khushi's plan was and how they are going to expose Shyam.

For a minute there I thought he will not tell Anjali after finding out she is pregnant. Good he chose to go ahead. She needs to know.

First of all thank you so much for leaving such a detailed and well thought out comment - as a writer this motivates me greatly! Thank you for following my stories 🤗

Hahaha I totally understand the shock regarding this Arnav. He's decisive, trusting and communicates well - ASR who? 😆 This Arnav is the result of him going through almost losing the love of his life forever; an experience that can shake and change someone from the core.

I really did want Arnav to lay out the whole truth to her, minus the fainting or any interruptions. I wanted to portray how Anjali would react if her brother would have conveyed this truth to her, I wanted it to be real and raw, and it was honestly one of my favorite scenes to write.

I'm so glad the reactions of the family was translated realistically and as expected! I want to make sure of that through every chapter since this fic is show based 😊

Hmmm, who knows? It's Sanka Devi, you never really know with her! 😆

You are so right! "There is no point in extending the inevitable." Even apart from this fic, this is a philosophy I follow in life as well 😊

I wanted Anjali's reaction in that scene to be painful to read almost. I'm glad it translated naturally! And quite true, even in the show, I wish they showed the Raizada family finding out about Shyam's truth in more detail.

Thank you for the update. Didn’t expect Arnav to disclose all the details he knew about shyamwa especially after hearing from Anjali she is pregnant .Arnav must have thought why to delay the news Shyam one day or the other she must know the history and geography of her husband.

Anjali’s reaction was expected she hero worships the ground that nincompoop walks now since she has given a deaf hear to all what Arnav had to say .Arnav had lost hope but nonetheless kushi has a plan to unveil Shyamwa’s secrets and also Aakash and NK have joined in too to support the plan.Since its kushi’s plan it must be exciting.
