CBI does not work to satisfy the janta like mumbai police. They have found link between the two cases only then did they reopen Disha's case. About her parents, i feel they know everything and must have been threatened to keep their mouth shut. They lost their only daughter, they must be scared of being killed as powerful people are involved.
