Desperately waiting for a modern romance show on Starplus / Zee. Cant keep expectations from Colors after what they did with Bp & Silsila.

Yesterday i watched bp's 4th epi (prolly) where Adi and Zo came back to Mumbai for their indecent spouses's cremation.

Zo was beautiful in the final scene. Mahi was unbearable !!

Seriously what a breathe of fresh air bp was ! Kaash koi aise hi (not ema) kahaani phir tv mein dekhne ko mile with stunning leads and magical ph values.

I started hating Mahi right from the beginning but somehow, she grew on me later (in a funny manner🤣) ... Especially when she was infatuated by Adi🤣 Oh lord, those scenes are comical in every way🤣

Zo, my timid girl had to be partnered with an oversmart girl🤣

I don't know why I am not able to find anything I particularly hate about Bepannaah😛 Maybe because when you binge, you tend to miss out on loopholes🤣

I am so excited to see how AdiYa's scenes are after marriage! Does it go downhill or maintains it's charm😉

Kdramas have so much of variety of romance shows on different backgrounds. Here its still stucked at either rich hero and poor/mid heroine or vice versa.

They never come up with equal background stories. Modern vs Traditional had became so passe.

I remember Silsila had upper class life background, Bepannah had one filthy rich background and decently rich background, khkt had nuclear high class vs super rich joint background. This kinda shows often attracts me a lot. No class comparisms (except khkt) no narrow minded thoughts like shown in few so called shows.

Okay I'm going all praises for Bepannaah here as well😆 After watching the first episode, I knew for sure that there will be a track wherein one of Adi or Zoya's family will have a problem with inter religion marriage... For some reason, I also felt Waseem didn't like Yash cuz he's a Hindu... So yeah, knowing that ITV thrives on these tracks, I felt this is gonna be one major track in BP!

Mann!! BP proved me entirely wrong!!😆❤️

I love how not a single character cared about Zo being a Muslim or Adi being a Hindu! Not a word about this factor! That's progressive content. I was impressed beyond words!😆❤️

One thing very cool about KHKT's first 70-ish episodes was that not a single character was established entirely negative! There were grey characters but not black. Otherwise, usually shows establish their negative characters in the very first episode (even foreign dramas🤣)

Absolutely they never brought that "Jaat paat" crap into the show which was absolutely one step towards a progressive society. 👍🏼

@BOLD I agree. I always thought Suman is a money sucking woman stepmom who will abandon Sona any time if she lose her job 🤣 but she proved me wrong. 😆

For me that episode was the most memorable one where AdiYa sailed the picture of PooSh's picture on the lake/pond bidding their spouses adieu and shook hands and reintroduced themselves. It was very beautiful ! ❤️
