This is the same 'Meme' Police we are talking about, who lost close to 100 of its policemen fighting CoVid and saving the people of its city. This is also the same police which is out helping and saving people, when annual floods threaten the city. This is also the same Mumbai Police which lost several of its force fighting against the Underworld and getting rid of it.

Ek bande ke liye, pure police force ko badnaam kar diya. This is all Arnab Goswami's work, who is taking revenge from them for having arrested and interrogated him for making communal remarks.

Yes bravo indeed to the Mumbai police for their impeccable law and order. Disha's parents are satisfied with the investigation and don't want anything to do with the case- it's in record, the whole Steve Pinto rumour is based on an instagram chat- none of his family members have said anything to the police or media, there's been no coverage of Steve Pinto in any news channel- no authenticity there as well, the CBI so far has yet not managed to crack the case nor has ED been able to prove the money laundering angle- so still no proof that Sushant was murdered. So until then, there's absolutely no issue with me having faith in the Mumbai police like a number of Mumbaikars. I don't need character certificate of the impeccable police force in the city from people who don't even live in Mumbai and whose knowledge of Mumbai is limited to Bollywood, SRK and Bandstand.( like most of this forum who live abroad).

This is the second time youve cracked this joke and although it wasnt very funny the first time, I did say even then that I've lived in Mumbai my whole life and have had several family members in the police force (across the country). Mumbai police is known for its efficiency- is it flawless and unimpeachable? Of course not! but go live in UP or the ravines of MP and then you'll know what an ineffectual, "meme"police is really like,

This is the very definition of an anti nationalist statement. But we wont call her that way, will we? No. Only Deepika and RK and Alia and the Khans should be raked over the coals. Waah re hypocrisy.

I seriously don't know what to make of police as an institution. Police force of every state is politicized. All of them bend to their political masters. Every party, whether national or regional has a role to play in it. Action by police and justice too depends on who the two parties in the dispute are, optics,money and influence matters.

Every police force has policemen of different ranks steeped in different levels of corruption...they don't work unless compelled to, and there too they do the bare minimum....and then there are the hopeless romantics who do their duty...they do their utmost to protect the citizens and often have to bear the brunt of frivolous inquiries...

The Shiv Sena is full of thugs and I have no love for them either but these are the types of people needed to deal with someone like Kangana. Decent people do not have a chance because they have limits that they cannot cross. I hope they hit back at her even more. Let her see what the state being against you actually means. Other stars are facing it constantly from the BJP so let her face some heat too from another party. Popcorn time for the rest of us.
