I think it is a little bit of both. Initially, she was terrified of him...now, that fear has lessened a little, but not gone entirely. She panicked when Vansh tried to come close to her on bed in the morning. But later, she let him zip her dress.

And yes...maybe now, she is unsure of her own feelings too.
