Writer. I always enjoyed writing and used to write stories as a kid. But got married, moved abroad, had kids, then started job myself . Barely enough time for anything. It would be nice to do something you are passionate about-but most of us are just corporate version of the government babu!

Having seen a lot of kids of parents like me-reasonably affluent now-but started from very humble beginnings-I am torn weather to push them to pursue passion or choose the safe/secure/but non eventful route. Bollywood has lots of failures and you can be 30-40 with nothing to show for it and come back and stay with parents -expecting them to take care of you and bitter about the world.

Quite a few of my friends circle bored with their life, pushed their kids to follow their passion -but ended up with failed adults living in their homes , bitter, fighting and not doing anything. Some are plotting to move to 55+ only communities so their kids can't follow them there!! In safe fields-70-80 out of 100 make it, but these kind of fields maybe 1 in 100?

So True... My friends daughter wanted to pursue music..but parents pushed her to take the secure route. Now she is working earning good money and have good family and working on music for the Sadhana on the side and she is very happy.

Actress coz i am kewt. 😳
