Now what's substantial that differs from person to person. Drug racket, her EMI of 17000 🤣, her being middle class but living such a lavish life are quite substantial for many people. Oh! She didn't have money to pay her brother's tuition fee also. I don't think a retired army doctor can't afford that much.
