Tiger has that good boy persona and everyone (the insiders and the audience) adores him. Kartik is being hailed as the alternative to nepo kids. Both are mediocre actors and tolerable in small doses. But to watch a whole movie with with either...

Kartik has a better face and can ACT. He can do emotional scenes well. He does comedy well, and I can see him pulling off a variety of roles

Tiger is good for what he does. He has his own thing going on. Cant imagine him doing a acting-based role though!

Kartik may not a fantastic actor, but come on, he is far better than the likes of Tiger, Sid, Aditya, Arjun and so on.

Tiger can't deliver those long dialogues like kartik and kartik can't dance and fight like tiger. They're even.
