Anyone else like this movie 😊

I liked the film back then .A good family drama .I think it was better than Hum Aapke Dil Mein Rehte Hain from the same team ..Lovely songs especially the title track ..

I have mixed feelings about this film. Sometimes I love it, sometimes I despise its cheesiness and regressiveness.

I only liked the title track and Aish red gown.

Dil ne jise apna kahan with salman and preity lol. That was so nonsensical as if a persons physical heart is what made him fall in love lol

I get the cheesy part but how was it regressive? It’s been some years since I saw this movie but as far as I remember wasnt it about “honor” of a woman not being in her virginity, “honor” not being something that can be snatched by someone, not caving in to society’s demand and marrying the rapist/abuser?

Maybe I am missing some scene/scenes? 🤔

I always thought this this movie and another with Kajol are the same series
