Yes it didnt fit. He called her name to make sure she stops and listens.

He said..."Riddhima....mere mana karne ki bawajood bhi kisi se phone pe baat kar rahi thi..."

That first Riddhima he said loudly to make sure she stops and listens to his whole conversation where he mentions about killing Ragini's dad.
