First 2 songs - sankarshan ,& swanandi quite good. Participants confident but anchor Hruta looked nervous .

Ajay Purkar is way way ahead of Swanandi and Sankarshan. So obvious.

Ajay purkar is overqualified for this competition which we all agree. He tried Abhisheki song. Yashoman apte was surprise package. Jui gadkari, good. Aarti wadgabalkar was nowhere near competition - trying Kailash kher song was too much.

I know that Ajay Purkar has sportingly accepted to be a contestant (even his mentor admits his calibre) but what makes me curious is whether their payments are graded as judges, mentor and contestant. It will be a a travesty if AP gets a contestant's payment.

In terms of popularity Yashoman apte is no 1 as rightly described by the anchor while intro. He is extremely popular among girls and youth population in general.
