There is a legal provision to prevent misuse of any fundamental rights under article 19(A) . If your rights harm anyone or restrict someone's else freedom then there is fine and imprisonment.

Action could be taken against website under Section 79(3)(b) of the Information and Technology Act. So twitter could be taken to court.

Kangana could be tried under many sections in IPC too.

As much as I don’t want Deepika giving validation to this woman , it’s high time someone took her to courts for Defamation.

She is calling Sushant “a skirt chaser “ indirectly and is again promoting the blinds that she apparently “opposed”.
