It is on a case by case basis...suppose a 16 year old and 17 year old are GF/BF...and the boy turns 18...the girl is 17....and they have sex...that would not be an offense.....but a 40 year old man having sex with a 16 year old...consensual sex my foot....16 year old can't give consent....so yeah they are a pedophile and a sex offender or a rapist whatever name u want to give them....if u r 40...u know better than a 16 year old child... and Kangna not speaking up..against such an act and now asking everyone to speak for Sushant.....is the biggest hypocrite out there...No justice for that 16 year old who was raped by ur friend...Kangu??🤢
