Writing Analysis : A cop Neha ( Bipasha Basu) moves from Manchester to London after a personal loss and soon is assigned a high profile case where an Indian Business tycoon Aditya’s (Karan Singh Grover) wife Dia(Sonali Raut) is missing . Aditya and Neha were engaged in the past and with a not so successful married life of Aditya they start coming close again . Now the overall product is a masala erotic thriller that Abbas Mastan and Vikram Bhatt had successfully made during the peak of their careers having a lot of steamy scenes, double crossing and emotional manipulation. It’s entertaining, fast paced and full of twists and turns. So the writing is a tired and tested formula done right.
Performance Analysis : Karan Singh Grover as Aditya is the heart and soul of this series which was meant to be a film at first. He portrays all the shades of his character brilliantly and is a massively underrated actor . He has done this a second time after the highly successful Hate Story 3. Bipasha Basu makes her comeback after 5 years and is good in what she has done. Every other actor has also done a good job with whatever they are given and that’s expected with a veteran director like Bhushan Patel at the helm.
Technical Analysis : Bhushan Patel has done a great job with the script he was given and maintain a crisp and fast pace of the plot and at the same time taken good performances from his cast. Especially the final twist is really nice and not very predictable something we saw being spoiled due to bad direction in the recently released Khuda Hafiz. The cinematography and art direction is good but the film never required to be based in London and it would have not made any difference had it been set up in Mumbai or some Indian urban city itself. It comes off as a stupid use of money. The editing is also crisp and so is the background music but the background score has been overused and could have been removed from a few scenes.
Overall Analysis : 3.5/5 . Nothing new but surely enjoyable especially for the people who like Masala thrillers of Abbas Mastan and Vikram Bhatt.

The last show I watched out of interest was QH till 2013 and another show for just 2-3 months in 2015. Usske baad se jo raha hai that was because - kaam ke liye zaroori tha 😆
