to safeguard hamna the makers didnt even reveal her kartoot infront of her in laws.Her mother in law would have ousted her the very moment she gets to know the truth..So yeah partiality towards one character ruined the whole drama.There was no need to show rumi forgiving hamna as that showed her selfishness towards blood relations which rumi was not previously.

yup rumi ki perspective toh dekhaya hi nhi.They used rumi to take revenge on hamza for hamna.Rumi was one of the leads too,why why why she was not given a point of view regarding her marriage!!
