Not true. An extended family’s one bed flat in Bandra (the most prime location you can think of in Bandra) was valued pre-pandemic at 1cr. Post pandemic, you can imagine the state of the property market. Moreover, the flat they bought together was in Malad, no? Malad is hardly Juhu Bandra, despite being somewhat up and coming. Also, it was bought many years ago. So 1.35cr doesn’t sound cheap to me personally.

Yeah, and Aditi said she is his friend (that's how she gets the time table) which means she's someone from his PR or hired personally. Just like any of Kareena's managers run her main FC. This has become a common practice that even floppy wannabes like Jain kids have their own FC and they have the access to use those accounts if they want to.

When Abhay Deol was in soup after the movie produced by him became a disaster, the news came h might sell his Bandra apartment at 2cr. So I guess it depends on how big the house is.

Well I'd read Khar somewhere. And Khar is immediately next to Bandra, like, a stone's throw. West is costlier than East, and I remember reading West.

Khar is different to Malad baba. Zameen aasmaan ka farak😆I checked her tweet. It’s got a Malad address on there. People are confusing things. It says ‘off link road’ on there and people are assuming linking road, Bandra

You can do a quick google maps search and check the journey between Bandra/Khar to the address she listed in her tweet.
