I never really loved watching her onscreen but she somehow managed to build a huge brand on her own. She will do it again, her own name is enough, 99% of movie watchers know her and that’s all you need whether you are good in acting or the worst.

She was trolled for silly things earlier; nothing important. It's the same way Ananya Pandey gets trolled. It's mostly just done for fun. Nobody takes it that seriously.

The way she's getting attacked now is different. You can't make a cool AIB video and get loved again in this case.

She will definitely survive but the hype and belief that she's the best in the industry is gone. She is just like any other actress now which will be hard for someone who's used to being treated like a queen.

Kjo ended Alia's career long before Corona.As someone with girl next door looks and no sex appeal..she should have continued doing films which suited her.

Physicality has got nothing to do in her case. Rani was short, but she ruled BW for 2-3 years, because she is a pathaka on screen, and one of the best dancers. As I said, Alia neither is a really good actress, nor is an eye candy or a glam queen, screen presence to her is, shouting on screen, crying, flaring nostrils. But screen presence is something else.. You do nothing on the frame but people's eyes will still go to you. She even failed to make item numbers and music videos hit. People who are thinking today's backlash is the beginning of her ending probably have forgotten Kalank, SOTY 2 item song, and the Dustbin music video. All three got rejected last year despite her Oscar lead actor winning performance as Hijabi empowerment girl Safeena. The ending began last year. That's why no one is supporting her today. Buying the last Filmfare was a mistake, she pissed off lots of neutrals.

Online trolls mean nothing , besides it's gonna die down in a while. Alia has always been strictly average in every department so she shouldn't even have the career she has in the first place. Nevertheless people are still going to watch her movies in theatre once this dies down.

The reaction from the audience in the beginning of her career wasn't very pleasant either.
