just like the mint chutney or coconut chutney, that one is made with tomato and garlic... i never made. Mom usually makes it for me

in restaurants there are 4 chutneys with dosa one is white, one is green, one is red and one brownish😆 none of them are that great but from the 4 i prefer white one

White is coconut chutney (I hate it 😆)

Green is mint chutney (my fav)

Red is chilli chutney (again my fav)

The brownish watery dip is sambhar, you have a few veggies in it too. It can be served with rice, vada, idli,...

I don’t like dosas actually. Except the real crispy ones we get in India. The dosas we get in European countries are nothing like the real ones we get back at home. I don’t have dosas here 😳
