If you want to feel bad, feel bad for all those actors who lost work because the movie mafia was creating, blocking, reserving and ensuring that all good work only comes to them.

Feel bad for all those actors who get signed for movies and then kicked out because Nostril wale papa makes phone calls to get betiya in.

Feel bad for all the outsiders who are continuously disregarded, disposed and eventually thrown out.

Frankly, I’ve been waiting for this day since 2014 since Highway released. I was waiting for the day they the audience will bring her on the Sadak and that truly happened. When you play with peoples lives you become roadkill. Now whether you’re on a highway or a sadak - you should always stay in yo lane.

Here is hoping that this is a learning moment for Alia. The only way she can redeem herself is to disassociate herself with Both Johar and Bhatt papa’s. let random directors sign you na? Isn’t she capable ? . After all she has The talent right ? So why so scared ? So why can’t she survive on her own? She still hasn’t learned her lesson cuz yesterday news came out that she’s doing another movie with Dharma wale pichkari papa with Mr Bunny Padukone. She’s not like Vidya or Tabu who has real talent that literally attracts directors and confident enough to sustain. Alia will eventually fizzle out and be left jobless and with her useless bf who is a drug addict and sanju wannabe - I can safely say her life is going downhill.

I think you dont know about south movies....actors in south are pretty good in their art . Much better than many talentless people

It's way too early to judge Janhvi right now since this is going to be her second movie. I loved Sara screen presence in Kedarnath but after that she made a bad choice with Love Aaj Kal.

Alia on the other hand is a limited actress who fit into certain roles. She tried too hard to be classic heroine in Kalank, And She overacted way too much in Sadak trailer. How did her scenes even get approved? It's looks like she acted her part with no retakes and the director didn't guide her well could be the problem as well.

I don’t feel bad for her what so ever. she’s an adult, but her whole career has been curated, and hand helded as if she is a child. She’s not a kid, but I’ve always felt that she was based on how unfortunately biased the industry has been Toward her and how easy it has been for her to misuse her power as a star kid. The bias is not what is seen among normal star kids, it is amplified with her and I’ve never seen anything like it.

I can safely say that her contemporaries are in a better position than her today be it kriti, shraddha or even parineeti. They may not be as successful but they don’t have that bad rep that she has progressively given to her self my misusing her privelege. She’s out of the race for me.
I hope more actresses start to get recognized in all honestly. I’m glad that people are seeing through her. She’s severely overrated and her performances have become one note. Seems like she’s exhausted her potential.

Thanks but not thanks. I'm saving my sympathies for people and situations that actually deserve it in today's world.

But a bloodthirsty mob out to avenge Sushant's death is undermining the trailer without even seeing it. That's a bit excessive, if you ask me.

Alia is definitely a better actress than Jhanvi, and yet even Gunjan Saxena trailer didn't receive so much flak.

This is actually pretty harsh. I don't get the excessive hate. I actually feel bad for her, and she's not my favorite by any means, as most people here know.

I agree that Alia doesn’t deserve the outrage she’s suddenly facing and most importantly, she has no hand in Sushant’s death. But I feel no sympathy for her as these minor public backlashes are part and parcel of her privileged star kid status.
