Oh dear lord who the hell is this yellow teeth wala disgusting insaan (btw great description there fingers adorned with gold rings 👍🏼) and this Kartal dude? Are they trying to get the virus back from Riya and sell it? So the creepy dude that followed her during doc visit might be Kartal. But why not kidnap her, and mentally torturing her with blue balls and all?
