That's how it is.. When colleges can be that strict imagine how it will be in hospitals? .. Rival hospitals, ex employees or patients nursing a grudge will surely make use of the opportunity to tarnish the image of the hospital.. Any slip up will be seen seriously.. No hospital will do that.. Seniors and hospital administration are not fools, else they would not have reached the position they are in..

What nidhi did was totally unethical, no sensible senior would have supported such a suggestion in real life.. People interested in modelling can pursue it part time, away from the hospital

. The fashion show would have called the hospital into question, let alone raise money.. Imagine being allowed to practice in hospital facilities.. The staff would have been terminated..

I've searched about that..She levied a lot of really shocking allegations against Sheena's father...And Sheena stated that sonal is doing this only for money fame etc..

Aisa kuch nahi dikhana chahiye inko TV pe jissey a lot of people get Stupid Ideas...but agar dikhate bhi Hain toh they have show it's consequences too infact they praised this kind of stupidity in a hospital

It would have been OK if they were friends.. Of the same age.. Tongues would have wagged even then... But Dean and intern meeting at his residence.. That too when he is alone.. Can be misinterpreted in western culture too as one is a superior and the other is a subordinate.. Newspapers are filled with stories where women employees complain that their bosses made them visit certain places at odd hours, when no one was around.. Though Ashu might have known that Nidhi was a good girl, he wouldn't have taken the risk...

She was a frequent visitor who would turn up unannounced... A lot of people in the neighbourhood and workplace behave like CCTV.. They would have made the whole thing look like a scandal.

Even if Nidhi and Ashu were pure, any colleague might point it out to the higher ups.. There are a lot of disagreements when people work together, any innocent gesture might be seen as favouritism.. Anyone can complain that Ashu is favouring Nidhi coz she keeps visiting him at home.. Imagine how it will look..

I worked in an MNC immediately after my MBA.. That was almost 9 years ago, my team leader had some answering to do because someone complained to the HR that he was favouring one colleague because she was from his home state and they kept flirting in regional language.
