Having seen someone close suffer from cancer it’s hard on the family as well and those kids don’t deserve it and are too young.

Urban dictionary probably doesn't even know who Kangu is, the entry is by some random person. When someone posts a name to UD on twitter asking if they have a meaning, they just search their database and post what's available.😆

I remember that phase in school where we used to have so much fun searching our names on urban dictionary and also making entries there of friends purposely.😆
