There were a lot of theories why MB quit, but yes, I remember he made some FB posts on his irritation with the storyline- the confession coming too quickly or Nidhi being fired. Totally directionless and inane!

Maybe they wanted to project him as a desirable guy and not a royal fuddy-duddy old man like they were showing him to be the last few epis before MB was replaced! There has to be some rationale why a girl like Nidhi would fall for someone like him! 😆
