They have argued that bihar police has no jurisdiction so they have no right to transfer the case to CBI.Media trial is also unfair.etc.
So what can happen is the case can come back to mum police, then a fresh FIR has to be lodged, then again the fresh process to transfer to CBI.
if bihar police don't win , then it's a big loss because mumbai police is only going to stall the investigation.
