Lol... Just political agenda not proof nothing in the case of sunanda there was involved a big politician of the congress party. So they incrimanted him because he was part of the opposition and after many years still nothing is proved in sooraj case just a toxic relationship and he's treated like criminal even kangana defended him. And still no one in bw die of suicide or accident? It's always mistery come on...just in real life or in Hollywood people suicide or die of an accident...

And you def have proof that it is a political agenda. Obviously to prove it in court they will have to find evidence. That will the whole point of fighting for a CBI inquiry is to make sure a thorough investigation is done to see what happened.
