They are just buying time till the Supreme Court verdict on 5th Aug. If they hand over anything now which shows foul play the case will stay with Bihar police. I just hope at least SC is fair. The fact tht Mumbai Police has not done a proper investigation in over 45 days is enuf to take the case away frm then.

I really feeling second hand embarrassment for mum police.....i am a mumbaikar myself and though i want to believe in my city's police who work to protect us on a daily basis.........what is happening in this case is serious and the way mum police is behaving is a crime in itself......

Bollywood top people are also keeping safe distance from the case. No one has said, “It looks murky. Let there be CBI investigation and let it get clear”. KJo was one of the worst affected when public enraged against nepotism. “His friend told”, how he is crying. But even he is not asking for CBI. It can clear his name easily. Means, they are all scared.

I will not blame them. Who will protect them if they point at someone? Mumbai Police? It needs someone, who is not afraid of Mumbai underworld. Hope they are not directly or indirectly involved. I expect at least that much from them.

Exactly. I won't be too surprised to read about Rhea's "suicide" soon. Maybe the entire family will "kill" themselves because of the "strain". The narrative will be turned to how the public drove them to take this drastic step and how social media is responsible for their deaths. The political/underworld angle will be burned and dusted off along with their last rites.
