Someone has to tell me how on the earth this Siddharth doesn't know what medicine he was giving to Sushant. Like seriously? What era are we living in? He knew Sushant was having it bad. At least he claims that he did. He said the docs were visiting him often so it hints that it was serious. Let's at least assume that - and this man didn't even bother to know what was wrong with his friend? Fine, I understand because he will start with the I didn't want to interfere drama - it's fine - you didn't need to ask. What is google for?

Also one can create bipolar disorder like symptoms by carefully administering drugs and tweaking the environment around a person.
