Knew this Shekhar was a fraud. Never finishes his projects and now going about plugging Paani again in SSR's name.

Had he really empathised with SSR's deep disappointment at Paani not being made, as he claims, he would've found funding and made it at ANY cost.

Now he should make it with KR and ask her to finance the project.
